I know that one of my main concern is the healthy of my children's teeth it is very important to take steps to insure good healthy teeth. i wasn't taught the importance of healthy teeth and i am now paying for it i wish i would have known the long term effects of not taking good care of your teeth. I take simple steps now to ensure my children's teeth are well taken care of i avoid giving them alot of sugary snack like candy cake ice cream even too much juice can be bad i usually dilute it and i only allow them to chew sugar free gum. I also time there teeth bruisings twice a day for 2 Min's. we visit the dentist every 6 months for our regular check ups and teeth cleanings you should start taking your children to the dentist early on so they aren't afraid or scared when it is time for them to go. and the biggest part of all educate them on what they can do to keep teeth clean and healthy and also teach them what happens if you don't maintain healthy teeth habits.

Here are some tips to keep your child smiling bright
