My husband loves them as soon as he seen them hes was like WOW where were these when i had braces. They work great it does take some time to get the hang of using them but once you do they are very handy to have with you especially when eating out and you have no way to get the food out of your teeth. They are very discreet to use and they come with a credit card side pouch which is makes it easy to keep with you and to access.
I personally Cringe at the thought of putting metal in  my mouth only because I have very sensitive teeth and dental problems right now i cringe just looking at Tin foil. If they were made with a different type of material i would love to try them myself.

BryonPick has alot of wonderful info and how to videos on there site if you are interested in learning more
