An extra source of income was needed and I had already been making and selling brittle for years with my childrens school. Thus Butler's Brittle was born! Through the years my kids and I made brittle during the holidays and quickly began establishing a large customer base. We have had thousands of returning customers who have sent it out of state to relatives and friends, and they are now also requesting orders. Butler's Brittle is even sold in Fredericksburg, TX! Since Butler's Brittle has grown into a part time business we are now making it 8 months out of the year. It is all made fresh, one pot at a time, and will not be made until your order is placed. Our brittle comes in all kinds of packaging including different size bags, decorated mason jars, and gift baskets. We love to do custom orders, that way you get exactly what you want!  Butlers Brittle was kind enough to send me two 4oz bags of brittle to review 1 peanut and 1 pecan. All i can say is YUM! this was by far the best brittle i have ever had!  I was extremely pleased to see it was made 2 days before i received it! they make your order after it is placed! If you have never had fresh brittle before you definitely have to try some. They sell Their Brittle in different size packaging, mason jars,  gift baskets, wedding favors and they do custom orders if there is something different that you have in mind.  With the Holidays approaching Butlers brittle makes the perfect gift.
