Teaching my kids the importance of financial responsibility is really important to me. I am trying to teach them the basic fundamentals to succeed in life stuff i wish I was taught when I was young. I have had the problem of not being able to fund a fun way to teach them It is not exciting talking about finances especially to a 6 year old. I am very excited to have found a fun way to teach my kids basic fundamentals to being smart about money. Money Savvy Generation has multiple products and resources to use to teach your kids how to save, invest, donate and of course spend. I received the Money savvy pig bank to review and it was an immediate hit with the kids! It has to be the coolest piggy bank we have ever seen.
The Money Savvy Pig piggy bank has four chambers, not one, for each of the four money management choices a child should be taught from the time they are small. They are SAVE, SPEND, DONATE, and INVEST.
A sheet of goal setting stickers to help kids track the goal for each of their money choices, plus different eye colors so that kids can personalize their cow.
Easy to follow instructions and tips for each of the four money choices: SAVE, SPEND, DONATE, AND INVEST
Ranked "One of the Best Products of the Year" by USA Today, praised by Time Magazine, and called "Educational Toy of the Year" by the Parents' Choice Foundation, the Money Savvy Pig teaches young children how to effectively manage their money.
Your children decide how much to spend, save, donate and invest, giving them the confidence they'll need to make smart financial decisions later on!
I am very excited to have finally found a fun way to teach my kids the importance of being smart about money. This bank has 4 separate chambers and are labeled with Save, Spend, Invest and Donate. My son has has so much fun filling his piggy bank he loves that he can choose how that exact coin or dollar Will be used and to my surprise his spending money is less than the saving, investing and donating! It comes with stickers so your kids can personalize what their money will go to My son chose the presents for spending since it is near the holidays, Donate he chose the world, Investing he chose books and saving he put a blank sticker on because he wants to draw it in when he decides. It has been great being able to teach him in a fun way and get him interested in it pretty soon I'm taking him somewhere so he can donate his donation money so he can see exactly how he is helping and where his money is going.
The money Savvy Generation banks are definitely something I recommend to get your kids as a gift this holiday season! they come in 6 different colors and you can buy them here for $16.99 and they offer free shipping to military families with an APO, FPO and DPO address!
