I was very excited to have been given the opportunity to review the Rubbermaid Reveal spray mop. I am endlessly searching for easier time saving ways to mop my floors. My entire downstairs of my home is mostly hardwood except the kitchen which is linoleum so you can imagine how big of a task it is to mop. Especially with two kids under 7 and a very furry dog it is a very painstaking job and i do not always get the time to mop. I cant mop it with kids running around because it is very slippery and it defeats the purpose of cleaning it.

As soon as it got here I broke it out of the box and got to mopping it is very simple to set up. It came with 2 bottles and 3 microfiber pads which was a surprise I was only expecting one of each. It is refillable reusable and doesn't take any batteries.  I used one bottle with my Murphy's oil soap for my hardwood and the other with pine sol for my Linoleum. I really love how I can choose what cleaners to use and I can fill the bottles up with hot water. I started with my hardwood floors like I always do. It sprays very well i had to spray it a few times in some areas to get it wet enough to clean the tougher spots it doesn't have scrubbers on it so it takes a little more work in those areas which is ok because it wont scratch the wood. I am extremely happy as to how fast it dries I wasn't even 1/4 of the way done and the part I first started on was dry. When I was done all I had to do was throw the pad in the washing machine and it was ready to be used again. I now let me son mop with it since it dries so fast before the floors would be to slippery and dangerous with my regular mop. The linoleum took a little more work to do because of the fact is has no scrubbers and my linoleum has cracks and crevices If they make a pad with some way to scrub it would be the perfect mop for all areas of my house. I will continue to use it on my hardwood it works really well and the microfiber pad wont hurt it.

CLOSED family taco night With Old El Paso Seasoning mix review and giveaway Ends 11/13 #myblogspark

                        Growing up I remember we had taco night what seemed like every week it was my favorite dinner because it was the most fun. I loved that everyone could make there own type of taco my mom would fry up so many taco shells, tostada's and even make chips for nachos and we always had corn and flour tortillas to choose from.  I used to love experimenting with all the different toppings and shells I remember my favorite to be tostadas with meat beans cheese lettuce and sour cream. My and my uncle used to have a taco eating contest I remember one time our score was 7 and 6 which I think we might have added a few more than we had actually eaten but it was ok we had fun.

                  I have so many great memories of taco nights growing up and its something I want my kids to experience. There is nothing like sitting together at the dinner table with tons of food in front of you able to pick and choose what you like. We have had alot of taco nights but they have been dwindling lately and i am not sure why. When My blog spark had offered for me to review Old El Paso seasoning I jumped at the chance it was the perfect way to get taco nights going again. They sent me A packet of Old El Paso seasoning mix, some very festive chili pepper dishes and a cactus shaped chip and dip holder and a $10 Gift card to go toward the rest of what we needed.

                So Tonight my husband went to the store and got everything we needed he even got everything to make fresh salsa we would have done this alot sooner but he had been gone training for weeks and i felt it wouldn't have been a family taco night with out the whole family. First he made his "creation" of salsa as he calls it it had a little bit of everything and 2 kinds of peppers he has to have it spicy it came out great just made way to much our neighbors I'm sure will love some home made salsa. Then we both got to work making taco's I browned the meat and added the seasoning, made shells and cooked the beans while he chopped and grated It got done faster than I had thought it would . The seasoning was very simple to use and you only have to add water and of course the meat.I was very pleased with the taste of Old El Paso seasoning and I am not usually a fan of taco seasonings but it was very good and it wasn't to overpowering like some i have used.

I was very excited to find out Carmex came out with a skincare line and very anxious to try it because I suffer from dry cracked skin and since their lip balm works so well i knew i couldn't go wrong. My favorite of the two is the healing cream because it is thicker and protects my skin longer my hands get very dry and crack and sometimes bleed during the fall/winter months and since using the cream and lotion I have noticed a huge difference. I picked the Monkey towel and it was a hit! my daughter loves monkey's  as soon as she seen it she started shrieking and jumping around like a monkey. She couldn't wait to get in the bath so she could use it. They are thick and absorbent unlike most hooded towel's I have used and it is the perfect size it would be great for a newborn or toddler.

My favorite part about it is that the bottom half detaches from the head and can be used to scoop toys out of the bath tub it makes cleaning up after bath time so much easier. In the head it also has a place to store shampoo or soap it makes it easily accessible for me when I am kneeled down bathing the kids.
