            I love finding new and innovative products that make certain task's easier like cooking because you never know what works or doesn't work until you actually try it. I was thrilled at the chance to review the Original Chef Basket from Telebrands the *As see on TV* company.  I sometimes stay up late and catch an interesting product on an infomercial and I'm sure some of you do to. One of the products I found interesting was the Chef Basket,

Cook, boil, or deep fry foods with ease using the Chef Basket! It?s the new way to make kitchen work quick and easy. The handles are specially designed to stay cool to the touch even when the rest is in boiling water! This amazing kitchen tool has a variety of uses and folds flat for easy storage - guaranteed to make cooking easy, safe, and fun!

From sink to pot, and then from pot to plate!

Cook pasta, shellfish, veggies, fried chicken and more.

Invert it and use it as a steamer.

Flip down the handles for a free-standing colander.

            Because I feel like I'm always juggling colanders, pans and potholders all while trying to turn the water on and this looked like a solution to all of that. It works great for bigger chunks of food like pasta, Veggies, meat etc.. I did have a few problems with ground beef falling through and some small veggies from the salad it was much at all though. It is pretty easy to use and maneuver it did take a few minutes of getting used to as many new products do, and my favorite part is that it folds completely flat when not in use It is so much easier to store than a big bulky colander. It didn't completely replace my colander but it did make it so much easier to boil. steam and fry food. I would recommend it to anyone I think it is very handy to have around the kitchen.
