Season for dry skin is upon us! It is the one thing about this time of the year I do not look forward to. I am always looking for lotions and creams to help sooth my dry skin and heal it which most lotions only help soothe it.  A little while ago Carmex came out with one of their best products yet besides their awesome lip balm that I carry around with me year round.  They now have Healing Lotion and cream! Which is amazing!  It not only soothes your dry skin it helps heal it! 

I already knew the amazing power of Carmex healing lotion and cream from my first review of them. Ever since them I have had my family repeatedly ask me where to find it because they had to  have it! It is non greasy and has a light scent, The lotion is used daily to protect your dry skin with aloe and vitamin E and the healing cream is used to repair your driest skin with 9 healing ingredients. I know just about anyone in my family would love to find the Carmex skin care products in their stockings this year! CLOSED Send cheer to military families with Cheerios! Giveaway! Ends 12/11 #myblogspark

When our troops are called to serve, their families must rise to meet the challenges of service as well. To thank them, Cheerios^® and the USO have partnered in a postcard campaign that spreads Cheer directly to these honorable military families and supports USO programs.

Here’s how it works:

Now through November, 2011, specially-marked boxes of Cheerios cereal will feature Cheer postcards on the front of the box. You can simply cut out the postcard from the Cheerios logo, write a message of thanks on the back, add a stamp and mail the pre-addressed card to the USO. The USO will deliver the Cheer card to military families across the country.


For Each postcard USO receives now through November 2012, Cheerios will make a $1 donation to the USO to help Fund programs that support Military families


To kick off the campaign, Cheerios has already donated $150,000 to the USO and will donate up to an additional $100,000 based upon the number of postcards received from specially marked boxes now through November 30th, 2012.

I know how much a little bit of cheer can brighten my day especially through deployment. The smallest of gestures mean so much. It only takes a minute to cut it out, write a message and send it off the USO who will take care of the rest,  You will be bringing smiles to military families across the US who I know can use a little pick me up from time to time.
